In Ghost Whisperer, Season 5, Episode 6 entitled, “Head Over Heels,” the Legend of Sleepy Hollow is revisited at Aiden’s school.
Aiden’s teacher, Carolyn Mayhew, is trying to cope with the loss of her father to Alzheimer’s and deal with giving her students a memorable Halloween.
Could the Headless Horseman is somehow a manifestation of Mr. Mayhew who was rather controlling over Carolyn and her younger sister, Erica?
Or is it Sean? He worked for the Mayhew’s on their farm and was quite comfortable around their horses.
Melinda must figure out what the mystery is behind Sean’s demise and help out the poor soul while bringing peace to Carolyn and Erica.
Also in Ghost Whisperer SE0506, Same As it Never Was has hired a new employee.
“Chip” is the stereo-typical too smart to care that he’s rude retail employee.
As a former curator in a museum and with a Master’s Degree (can you even get a curator position with just a Master’s degree?) he feels that he is over-educated for his “in-this-economy” position, which means when it comes to things like Customer Service and social skills, he’s a clueless clod, making sure everyone suffers through the moment with him like he was back in a gym class.
One thing that should be noted starting from last week’s episode on forward is if you believe the interviews and tweets that those related to show are conveying, then the nuances that run in and out of Ghost Whisperer Season 5’s long story arc are related to the “Shadow People” – the mysterious entities that Aiden is afraid of until he starts giving them shiny trinkets.
