There are human remains found alongside a railroad in the opening of Bones Season 5 Episode 3 entitled, The Plain in the Prodigy.
They are eventually identified as the remains of a member of the Amish community named, Levi Yoder.
About 2 months before his Rumspringa (which is like an Amish Walkabout) Yoder had disappeared.
Booth and Brennan also discover that Levi was a piano prodigy and suspect that it his death may be linked more to his piano talents than anything else.
Meanwhile, Booth tries to help Cam keep her new stepdaughter, Michelle, in line as Cam is having trouble coping on her own.
